Our room door wouldn't lock & we were moved to another room. We were impressed by the speed & efficency that our tel call to reception & speed of housekeeping on arrival was dealt with. Reception staff were excellant in dealing with us. (Thanks for the help safely storing the canoe & the tel call about our childs found shoe). Looking forward to returning
