We loved the Carrickdale Hotel. We were only here for two night B&B and an evening meal package. But we also had food on the other night as well. We highly recommend the Carrickdale. Apart from it being in a great location if you want to use it as a base to visit Northern Ireland as it is situated at the Border. The bed rooms are fabulous. Brilliant food, and the staff are all so pleasant cheerful and helpful. It was a lovely pleasant experience. We have been recommending Carrickdale to our friends for past few years since we first stayed there. Only problem this time, we overlooked booking the SPA before we arrived, unfortunately for us it was fully booked out and we could not avail of it. However this was an oversight on our own behalf. My parents are regular visitors and just celebrated my Mum's 70th birthday in the hotel. Staff looked after them very well and were really helpful when I was making the booking. Thanks!
