Could not fault the Hotel. Staff were lovely. Service was great. Food excelent. Will definetley reccomend and visit again. We enjoyed it.

A really enjoyable stay hotel was busy but service was really good. We used the spa and the treatments were excellent

I have stayed in numerous hotels in previous months and I have never experienced the quality of service which I did in carrickdale. The restaurant staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The food was outstanding and I was so impressed that I took my girlfriend to the garden and proposed! I will defiantly be be back and maybe book a wedding reception for the new Mrs farrelly
