Great place to stay .staff very friendly and extremely helpful.food excellent.would highly recommend the carrickdale hotel to everyone.

We attended a wedding here. We had the great pleasure of spending 2 nights in this fabulous hotel. From start to finish there was not one thing I would change. From the reception staff, house keeping, waitress/waiters the service was first class.

Fantastic weekend as usual. Meal are fabulous. Had sandwiches in bar and was so inexpensive. Can't wait to go back again.
