Recently started at the Carrickdale while attending a three day trade event. i was working long hours and eating at irregular times. I found the staff extremely courteous and friendly, personable and professional. My room was extremely comfortable (I rarely get a good night sleep in a hotel, not the case here) and the food delicious and great menu choice. Very good value for money - I will most definitely be back.

Everybody was so helpful and friendly. The spa was amazing and so relaxing definitely be back again.

All in all I find it impossible to say anything negative about my families recent visit to your establishment. From arrival until departure we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Accommodation was more than adequate, service from reception to restaurant to bar to leisure facilities was exemplary even to the extent whereby I informed our waitress just before dessert that it was my wifes birthday and she got a sparkler in her dessert and happy birthday sung. So yes we had a wonderful weekend at the Carrickdale hotel and will definitely return.
